ABOUT LEVENT DOKUYUCU :
Levent is an experienced International Human Resource Manager with over 23 years working with international / local financial organizations in the Middle East and Europe.
He is a qualified SHRM-SCP HR professional with broad experience in Organisational Development & Talent and Employee Engagement. His role is to develop a “Learning Culture” and improve “Culture of Engagement” through different practices.
Levent currently works with one of the leading bank in the Middle East who have been awarded by Korn Ferry Hay Group, the “Outstanding Employer of Middle East” in 2017 and in terms of Employee Engagement Practices they received several other awards.
